Co-Founders of Arke Fitness.

We've been friends for 6 years: met at the gym, did freelance together, and now we're building Arke together (you could call this a "bromance"...).

We both live an active lifestyle, we've competed in bodybuilding & powerlifting competitions (we even stood on podiums 😉).

And like most active people, we've experienced what it's like going to physiotherapy to fix an injury only for it to come back again.

Same with training, we know what it's like to push too hard only to get injured and be out for weeks.

We have searched far and wide for a solution, but a lot of today's methods focus on short term results while overlooking the long term.

That's why we experimented for over a year (not only with clients but ourselves) to come up with the perfect solution.

And that's what the Arke System is all about - We aim to become the standard of physical care in Malaysia.

By incorporating both physiotherapy & personal training best practices, we enable clients to workout with full intensity knowing that they are safely avoiding risk of injury.

    • bought 12 sessions with Andrew & it was worth every second! Had a goal of just losing weight, but Andrew has given me more than just that. He helped to clear some doubts that I had such as the foods that I consume and how I should be managing my food in order to achieve my ideal weight while still being able to enjoy eating. Besides that, with the sessions i purchased, Andrew also helped out by planning a workout routine and pushing me to the fullest which is of course for my own good.đŸ™ŒđŸ» Learnt that losing weight does not just mean managing the food I consume but its also the working out that helps.     • Been with Surya since 2020 and her physical therapy sessions are always the best - Surya takes a lot of care in conducting detailed assessments to find out the root cause of my injury, provides muscle relief & prescribes me with exercises/treatment to do at home. One thing I appreciate most is that she always explains the 'why' behind each movement/treatment and I always come out of the treatment room understanding more about how my muscles work, and what would work best for my body.     • Arke has been an absolute game-changer for me. Surya successfully alleviated my back pain and addressed my sore shoulders and neck with expert care and precision. And of course Haikal worked with Surya tailor the perfect workout regimen for my back pain and overall strength. Big shout out to Surya and Haikal for always educating me so patiently & for explaining everything whenever I have questions.
